Morris L. (Prof) Davis, 93, of Minnetonka, Minn., formerly of Duluth, died Monday, Nov. 9, 1998, in Wayzata, Minn.

He was preceded in death by brothers Sam, Ben, Nate and Saul Davis.

He is survived by his wife, Beatrice; children Charles (Sheila) Davis and Roberta (Jay) Hoffman; grandchildren Elizabeth (Pelleg) Graupe, Edward Hoffman, David Hoffman and Mara Davis; loving nieces and nephews; and a close friend and business associate, Isadore Crystal.

Service: 1:30 p.m. today in Adath Jeshurun Congregation, 10500 Hillside Lane, Minnetonka. Shiva will be at 7:30 p.m. today and Thursday at 3020 St. Albins Mill Road, Community Room. Memorials to Adath Jeshurun Congregation.
